Dehydrated pepper powders and whole dehydrated pepper pods are now available! From a sweet treat to nuclear heat, we have a wide variety of frequently rotating options. No additives or chemicals are used. The peppers were grown organically and then dehydrated whole. They were then ground into powder prior to packaging in resealable foil packets.

How to use our pepper powders:
Use in cooking by sprinkling a pinch on food, adding it to spice rubs, sauces, and dressings, or incorporate into marinades and seasoned snacks! We highly recommend using gloves, mask, and eye protection while handling.
Variety Description:
This variety is a screaming hot Thai pepper, with short, 2-3” long, fiery fruits. These small peppers pack a real punch! On the Scoville scale, they rate between 50,000 and 100,000 Scoville units. Used extensively in Asian, Thai, Vietnamese, and Indonesian cuisines. In the case of Thai cuisine, green peppers are typically used in green curries, while hotter, mature red peppers are used in red curries. One of our favorite ways to use these Thai peppers is to make hot sauce!
