Seed/Plant info: Very rare. Very unique. Rumor has it that Sugar Rush Peach peppers were created by accident courtesy of pollinating insects crossing between various varieties of Aji Peppers! Peachadew peppers, a mutation of the famous Sugar Rush Peach, are small rounded fruits that mature from light green to a peach color. But here is the real kicker..the flavor has sweet tropical notes (hence, sugar rush!) but also smoky flavors that combine to create a wild flavor experience unmatched to any pepper we’ve ever tried. Scoville rating is unofficially around that of a jalapeno. This is one of our absolute favorites for hot sauces and also one of our best sellers! 75+ days to harvest. Capsicum baccatum.
