Seed/Plant info: The Shishito Twist pepper is a unique and exciting spicy variant of the traditional shishito pepper, originating from an unknown cross that elevates its heat profile well beyond the standard mild variety. As the slender, wrinkled fruits mature, they put on a stunning visual display by ripening dynamically from an initial bright green through a striking, blotchy purple before finally settling into a deep, vibrant red. Perfect for gardeners looking for an element of surprise and culinary enthusiasts seeking a flavorful kick, this mysterious cultivar maintains the classic thin-skinned texture of a shishito while delivering reliable heat alongside a gorgeous array of multi-colored pods. Grows up to 36” tall. Prolific producer. 70+ days to harvest. Capsicum annuum.
*This is an unstable variety (filial generation unknown and open-pollinated) so the results of your plants/fruits may vary from the included pictures/description.
