The variegated foliage of this Mattapeno x Candy Cane Chocolate Cherry hybrid is beautiful, but the peppers will continue to wow you as they ripen from green and white stripes to the chocolate red and cream stripes in their name, giving a candy cane-like appearance! This is an unstable variety (early filial generation and open-pollinated) so the results of your plants/fruits may vary from the included pictures/description. Many plants have shown white leaves, while others show green leaves. Some pods are striped and jalapeno shaped (showing Mattapeno traits) while others are long and large (showing CCCC traits). Very little heat. 90+ days to harvest. Capsicum annuum.
