Gochujang Korean Pepper Seeds

Seed/Plant info: Gochujang, also called Yeori Gochu, are the star peppers used in a korean hot pepper sauce called Gochujang. It's a quintessential ingredient in Korean cooking. You can also dry and grind these peppers into a chili powder called gochugaru. Or, you can cook these peppers in stir-fries or roasts for added heat! Best used for making homemade sauce and chili pastes. Pods are long and with heat very similar to jalapenos but with more spice and pungency that will fire up your taste buds! As plants, they will grow to be only 3 ft. tall and produce 6" pods that ripen from green to red. Scoville heat level ~1500. 90+ days to harvest. Capsicum annuum.
