This beast of a pepper packs serious heat that you'll immediately notice, but then quickly dissipates which is unusual compared to the lingering heat of many others. The massive fruits ripen from green to yellow-mustard, with wrinkly skin and dimples. Looks oddly similar to Pepper X, wouldn't you agree? Closely watch these peppers as they ripen because it can be tricky to tell when they’re ready to be picked since the color change is quite subtle. The perfect pepper for super-hot green sauces!
