Seed/Plant info: This edible sweet pepper is STUNNING! They are called Candy Cane peppers because they develop red, green and white stripes that create a candy cane-like appearance! Its maturation is quite different from other peppers, as it starts with green with white stripes before ripening to full red color with a whole range of colors in between. As with other sweet pepper varieties, the longer you leave them on the plant, the sweeter the pods will become. In addition to their sweet flavor and crispy texture, their leaves offer eye-catching visuals. The leaves are variegated, so don’t be surprised when you see splotches and stripes of ivory, bright white and green! Candy Cane peppers are great for container gardening or pots as they only grow to be about 2’ tall. Pods are up to 4” long and 1.5” wide. 70+ days to harvest. Capsicum Annuum.
